Hello
Welcome to HCM.
I have gone through your query and understand your concerns.
I think you have phobia and this causes panic attacks in you when you face the thing which you fear.
For the treatment, there are two options:
1. you can practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation to keep your mind relaxed. Also, behaviour therapies like sytematic desensitization are very helpful in such cases.
2. drugs like escitalopram and paroxetine are used in such cases.

I would advice you to visit a nearest psychiatrist for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope this helps.
Thanks.
