Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Stress, Anger Issues And Dull Jaw Pain

Are my symptoms worth looking into a calcium scan OR heart cath? Details: I am a 35 year old woman, thin, no major health issues all my life. BUT I have always had a lot of stress, anxiety, anger problems (came from abusive family). I m married and have 2 children, the youngest was born 16 months ago. I am having intermittent pains in the left chest, right at the heart area, and some times dull pain in the left arm and left jaw. Not on any medications, never a smoker, not a drinker, only family hx is maternal grandfather died of MI in his 80s, ECG normal, BP has always been normal, normal cholesterol, stress echo completed 2 months ago normal. I am afraid that my lifetime of high stress hormones and cortisol may be contributing to something now, or maybe something postpartum. SCAD perhaps??? I do have symptoms of insulin resistance that started 3 years ago. The NP at my Cardiologist office is in limbo on what to do with me. She says it could be nothing, or could be something. She s suggesting treatment with PPI for GERD for right now, but if symptoms don t improve in the next 3 weeks, she would recommend further testing like calcium scan and/or heart cath. Thoughts???
