Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder

Hi, my name is Katherine Kazi, I go by Kat. I think I have an anxiety disorder. I experience racing/pounding heart beat, sweating(sometimes cold sweat), shaking, and shortness of breath in situations where I feel weak emotionally. Anytime I think of something stressful I start to sweat and my heart pounds. I get very nervous when people might not like what I have to say. Could this be anxiety or bipolar?

hiiii

anxiety may be result of our nature and our defense mechanism which are useful to cop up stress

if you are sensitive and emotional than minor stress can cause all of the symptoms that have you described

main thing to be strong and confident
start thinking positively
motivating yourself
make friends who keep motivating you

regular exercise
meditations
deep breathing exercise
proper sleep and diet
fix scheduled work
stress free activities
enjoy Hobie and music
do pleasurable activities
all of this will help you better to handle daily stress

certain medicines are also helpful like etizolam ,lorazepam etc
but consult doctor before start them
thank you
