Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Disorder Accompanied By Difficulty Breathing

Hi I m Charles 30 years old, about 6 years ago I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder ,for the past 2 years I have been off of med thinking I was better, about 8 months ago I started getting really anxious after a panic attack , scared to go anywhere constant worry feeling very un easy, shortness of breath started coming on and not giving up ,but do to feeling short of breath I had got wrapped up in focusing on my own breathing to now if I wanna walk to exercise I can t seem to walk a block without focusing on my breathing then it feels as if it s hard to breath,my question is what this might be is this all linked to my generalized anxiety disorder and what are steps to take to get my breathing back to normal, and there has been no dry coughs or mucus involved,or wheezing

hi
You seem to be over stressed or having chronic anxiety disorder and definitely require some medication by consultation with a psychiatrist. It is controllable with ecitalopram and clonazipam combination of medicines or other SSRI's as your doctor may decide
Obsession with breathing is part of anxiety disorder and try to focus your mind away to outer objects and world..

best wishes
