Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Depression, Agitation And Insomnia
Hi I have just upped my dose of setter alien from 50mg to 100mg for anxiety and depression. I have insomnia which leads me to feeling more anxious and agitated the following day. Are there any over the counter remedies I can get from a pharmacist or would you recommend requesting a sleep aid from my doctor? Regards

I really appreciate your concern, it is better to avoid taking sedative medicine because this is not good for health instead try to bring the sleep naturally and for that try some exercise have some hot milk prior to bed, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
