Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks And Social Phobia

hi i am 24 years old and i am suffering from anxiety attacks it all started a year back where i would feel like as though i am going to faint and i am going crazy i was treated by a homeopathy medicine and it helped me quite a lot suddely my anxiety is back to haunt me it stated in a mall where i felt that i would faintany secod and since then its getting worse now i have social phobia too i am scared to go out of my house as i feel i will faint n people will think i am crazy i was worki now i quit my job because of this and have just been stayin home i dont want pills to be treated i just want some sessions with someone who understtands and feels how i feel n treat me accordingly please help me

For your anxiety disorder, psychological treatments like biofeedback and behaviour therapy will help.
I would suggest you to visit a psychotherapist.
You can also practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and yoga at home.
