Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have issues related to stress. You develop anxiety on small things and you take concern about anything. Such symptoms can be considered as normal to some extent but if they start interfering on day to day basis then urgent evaluation by a psychiatrist is needed. Such symptoms can occur due to Generalised Anxiety Disorder. I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist at your medical school and discuss your problems.

Medicines like SSRIs as Sertraline, Fluoxetine etc are approved drugs for this disorder. Relaxation exercises, yoga meditation also have equal efficacy to medicines.

Thanks, hope this helps you
