I feel that I am having anxiety and panic attacks sometimes I get this suckshin feeling in my chest in reputations like 3 or 4 times and feel as if my breath is being sucked and stopped is that a panic attack symptom and after I would start panicking alot

We need to do a root cause analysis to find out why and when do u get these panic attacks. What are the precipitating features and what are the relieving features. Here are some tips you need to follow. 1. Do regular exercise 2. Give up bad habits like smoking, alcohol. 3. Socialize. Spend more time with family and friends 4. Learn meditation techniques 5. Develop good hobbies. Reading books, music, sports 6. Be regular in taking your prescribed medications. All the best
