Suggest Treatment For Anuria
My father has dysentery from last 3 days with tenesmus... He complains of bloody stool with mucous , he has no complain of abd pain and temp and nausea and vomiting or any other symptoms regarding shigella infection .... But from last night he has complain of anuria which relieve a lillte after use of citralka... What should we do ?

Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, dehydration and loss of blood can be rapidly fatal. Dysentery has numerous treatments from antibiotics, IV fluids, to pepto-bismal to blood transfusions BUT things have to be evaluated in a hospital.
