Suggest Treatment For Ankylosing Spondylitis, RLQ Pain Radiating To Back And Thigh

Have ankylosing spondylitis. Started having rlq pain radiating to back and down the right thigh. Had CT renal stone protocol which showed equivocal pericolonic stranding about the proximal ascending colon. Was treated with cipro. Had 2nd CT with contrast 2 days later which shows a calcification within the cecum near the origin of the appendix. Do I have colitis or something else.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such finding or detection may not be due to colitis, if this was the history of previous infection (Intestinal) and was treated well and healed then such calcification in imaging study is common finding, neither such calcification cause any pain, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
