I hurt my ankle falling down the stairs on Wednesday, just a little bit. Later that night, I played some basketball and hurt it worse and more. I've been wearing a wrap around my ankle because I have been walking around a lot this week. It hurts a lot about every other hour. All the rest of the times, it only hurts a little bit. Is there anything I can do to cure it without going to the doctor?
