Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain

Hi Sir, I have pain in my ankles. When I walk too much and do exercise, it increases. I got the X-Ray done and it was all clear. I also got physiotherapy done, however, it didn t help much. It is been almost 1.5 years since I am bearing this pain. Could you please suggest on this. Thanks.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you have pain in your ankles which is increased after walking and exercises.I think it can be osteoarthritis of ankle joint .But you said that x-ray was clear . I think you may be having vitamin specially Vitamin D deficiency, so you should check your Vitamin D checked . You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you good health. Take care.
