hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
for skin burning and itching around Anus during bowel movements, my treatment advise would be:
1. avoid potential irritants such as scented soaps in that area.
2. maintain hygiene.
3. apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion over the area every morning and night and every time after you pass motion.
4.you may apply mild corticosteroid and anti fungal cream like topisone m( clobetasone butyrate and miconazole) cream twice a day.
5. for itching, you may take tab levocetrizine twice a day.
wishing you good health.
thank you
