Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history. I have read your history and understood your problem.

The commonest cause of anal itching are as follows:
-Perianal excoriation of the skin around the anus.
-Intestinal infection- particularly of the large bowel called colitis.
-Fissure in ano
- Dermatitis of the skin around anus.

I wold advise you to consult a Gastroenterologist for proper examination of the problems, to get a proper clinical diagnosis for planning a treatment.

Clean the area with plenty of plain water and to keep the area dry and aerated. No tight clothes to be worn.

Take a course of an antibiotic and metronidazole and probiotics for 5 days, take multivitamins for akin healing properties.

High fiber diet.
Avoid all the foods and beverages and stress-like conditions which gives constipation.
Laxative for softening the stool- never allow the dose too much to cause liquid stools.
Sitz bath- very important- just before passing a stool and after passing a stool.
Clean the area very clear of the fecal soiling that remains after cleaning; use cotton soaked in the same water to clean.
You can apply liquid povidone iodine locally. Apply nothing else.

This will help you to get cured.
