Dear Doctor,I was having sex with this guy and by force he inserted his penis into my butt. I cried like hell because of the pain and I was unprepared. I have since stop seeing him.

I noticed however that I started to get a rash with a lot og pimple like acne and itching. Upon visiting the doctor I was told I had a tear and was given Curam for a week and also an antibiotic cream Leo.After 2 weeks I am still feeling itchy but the butt crack skin is still bruised and I am not seeing any vsible signs of healing.Can someone hekp? Is this serious? Is itching part of the healing process too?
