i had constipation for many year and i faced anus fissure, although my constipation is disapeared for about one year , but the problem (anus fissure) still exist. i do'nt have any blood in my anus or...., but i am afraid if it can be a cancer or what. please help me.

Do not afraid for cancer from anal fissure, it is not a pre-cancer condition. Manage salient guidelines for better results and maintain hydration levels.
Have strict dietary measures to avoid provocative agents as spices, and non-veg. Do regular sitz bath. Check to have regular soft bowel movements, if needed, use bulk forming laxatives wisely.
