Suggest Treatment For An Irregular Heart Rate

I have htn, elev chol, am 37, have a a normal stress test 2 years ago....tonight while cutting grass (3 hrs, heat) I felt necked my pulse and thought my heart maybe skipped about 2 x min....I M currently taking pred and an antibiotic for ear infection....

Hello! Thank you for asking on HCM! Regarding your concern I would recommend first to be aware of your heart beats. If your irregular beats were isolated only during one episode of physical straining it doesn't matter, but if it keeps repeating, then I would recommend to perform an ambulatory ECG monitoring and a medical check up to define ectopic beats type (ventricular or supraventricular) and decide the right treatment option.
