Suggest Treatment For An Insect Bite

Two days ago I wa bitten by some sort of insect (not really sure if it was a spider or some other insect). I didn t feel the bite but I did however began to feel and itching sensation. Today the infected area has shown no improvement and actually has shown to have entered a vein and has began to run upwards my arm to my shoulder . Any idea on how I can treat it ?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Insect bite causes local allergic reaction which is transmitted to the regional lymph nodes by the way of lymphatics.Along with there is superadded infection. So the treatment will be antibiotics, antiinflammatories and anti allergic drugs.
