Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Vagina

I am 11 weeks pregnant and I got his boil in my private area close to my rear, it's painful and really hard for me to see. Last night I woke up to pee and I saw blood. I didn't really panic because I am pretty sure it was the boil that was bleeding. My question is, is this normal in pregnant women, what can I do to avoid boils, will it harm my baby, and how long does it take to heal? Please help I am worried and about to panic!
