Suggest Treatment For An Abrasion On Forearm

I crashed my bike and got road rash on my lower forearm close to the elbow. The middle of it is a yellowish scab and kinda red on the outside. Ive been cleaning it with peroxide and put antibacterial ointment on it. Doesn t hurt that much. I shower every night after work and use antibacterial body wash. I also wanna add that I have MRSA. But I have been cleaning it regularly. Thanks.

thank you for query.please keep the area clean and use topical antibiotics like mupirocin to avoid any infection.Usually the abrasions heal faster.if you have any diabetes get a good control of sugar levels.if any pus is noted consult doctor for oral antibiotics.Hope you have taken Tetanus toxoid injection in the past 5 years if not get one dose.
