hello Mr. Sk Mogfur Ahmed .
Extremely sorry to know about your grand child's condition.
To practically speak about Alport's syndrome, it is a genetic disorder caused due to mutations in genes related to collagen synthesis. It can mainly cause renal problems and also associated cataracts and hearing loss.

as such this disease does not have definitive cure but progression of the disease to end stage renal disease can be delayed by using:
1. Antihypertensives like ACE inhibitors (controls hypertension and decreases proteinuria)
2. Vitamin D and phosphate binders to control osteodystrophy (Controls bone tissue loss)
3. Alkali to control metabolic acidosis.
4. if kidney failure occurs then doctors opt for dialysis and kidney transplant
but since the transplanted kidney has normal collagen synthesis , it may get rejected.

Of late gene therapy is coming up with better research on alports syndrome but sadly there is nothing substantial yet.
hope this helped . take care.
