Suggest Treatment For Adult Bed Wetting With Fluctuating BP

my mother is 85. she suffers from dementia and parkinsons. her blood pressure was elevated for 4 to 5 days, then came back to normal. she is incontinent. in the morning her bed was soaking wet, from large amount of urine. that was when bp came back down. sound like a urine retention issue or uti ?

There is no way to sort this out without having her get an exam and urinalysis. If there is an infection then treating that can get rid of the incontinance. If there is no infection then a gynecologist may be able to treat the incontinance.
