Suggest Treatment For Adenosquamous Ca Of Ovary Stage III C
my sisterinlaw has adenosquamous ca of ovary first diagonsed 3 months ago as clear cell had first debulking surgery followed by 4 chemos with paclitaxel carboplatin to which there was no response in fact tumor advanced with Ca125 increasing from 400 to 1000 plus and tumor to 15 cms she now has second surgery with good debulking and one inrtraperitoneal Pacli dose her histology is now adenosquamous ca stage III C what tretment is best for her my email YYYY@YYYY free first consultation is appreciated

hi. adenosquamous ovarian cancer is very aggressive and of bad prognosis. chemotherapy is the only option left. surgery is indicated only if the mass can be excised without morbidity. try second line chemotherapy including liposomal doxorubicin, gemcitabine etc along with platinums.
