Hi , My name is Praveen Kumar , I am addicted of Gutka from last 15 yrs , I tried to quite this several time but not success , can u suggest me to whom I should contact for the same ,- like psychiatrist or any other doctor , my corrent location is Patna , India

I really appreciate your concern and desire to stop something which is harmful.
As you know tobacco smoking in any form like cigarette, beedi, sheesha, hukka, or Gutkha or any other branded paan masala is associated with harmful toxic effects in your body. Well it is a good decision.
You may try Nicotine gums or patches. If no success then you will have to consult a psychiatrist. Patna city has so many psychiatrists, you may go to any teaching hospital attached to govt hospital there you can take appointment in the OPD.
