Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Hyper-uricemia with Kidney stress with impending Kidney failure.
17 days treatment seems to be insufficient in your case,as the effects are deep rooted involving kidneys in addition to the joints.
Meticulous care for at least 3-6 mths would be needed to give acceptable changes in kidney and your joints.
Udimarine has a liver protective role, only in cases of accompanied NAFLD/or AFLD(Alchoholi fatty liver disease) which may be there in your case and if it is porved by USG fatty liver reports.
Else adding more medicines, would complicate the drug interactions from the basic Febustat drug, which is important to be used for reducing high uric acid levels.
Regular watch on LFT is needed for to deted Febusat hepatic damage, in which case- you may need supplements of Udimarine - for its liver protective actions.IF no Liver damage is there with Febustat-you should refrain from Udimarine addition for your case.
Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
