Suggest Treatment For Acute Abdominal Gas And Bloating

I am a 66 year old woman, active and working full time. I suffer from acute gas and bloating. I don t drink more than a glass of wine when I occasionally go out to dinner. I don t eat a lot of sugar or pasta. I do eat fresh vegetables and fruit an drink quite a lot of water. I also enjoy coffee, but after 11am only drink decaf. I am wondering what I should take to allieviate the gas and bloating, which can be very uncomfortable, not to mention anti social!!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there as long as your symptoms are concern, one is infection of gastric region, second it could be hyperacidity and some time both together, this could induced dyspepsia also, condition can be managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" Tab Omeprazole with Domperidone" 40/30 mg once in day at evening time avoid alcohol and coffee prior to sleep, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
