Hi im 20 male I have pimple only on my chicks but not on forehead or neck but i have too some acne on my back may be this is because of i eat eggs white , chicken beef etc. But i drink 3 to 3.5ltr water every day .As i am preparing to be a mens physic but to be very honest i haven t yet taken any kind of drug to make my body, so this isn t because of steroids. I wonder if i get acne because of eating proteins than why i only get acne on my chicks not on forehead is this because of unhealthy diet or bcoz of bacteria .A doctor have suggest me to take acutret 20 mg once in a day and magnathrocin gel to apply it daily at night. I have been taking it since 4 day should i take it or not or should i go with any other antibiotics .pls help me out for this i get upset when ever i look in mirror
