Hi doctor! I had pain 2-3 inches below my mid chest 5-6 hours after dinner at 8pm last night. I felt a little hungry 5 hours after dinner before sleeping. Felt a slight acidity and proceeded to take a half teaspoon of peanut butter & drank a 200ml of 50% green tea & 50% barley tea bag. Food i eat during dinner at 8pm last night: a little boiled squid & a piece of pork barbecue, I immediately had about large pieces of seedless black grapes, mixed together 4 small sizes of fresh strawberries, a small piece of chiffon cake & ice cream. Lunch was Japanese. I had 2 raw Salmon sushi , 3 raw tuna sushi mixed aside from a very little vegetable & pork. I had mild to moderate discomfort last night & was not able to sleep well though I took Kremil S chewable tablet (Aluminum Hydroxide. Mg Hydroxide, Simeticone). It has been 8 hours since the discomfort started with a slight improvement. Pls advise, God bless... Now it s been 8 hours since the discomfort started,
