Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

Hi doctor , I have been suffering from acid reflux these days. I have heartburn, pain and irritation in the mid of my chest. M 30 years old , with no allerigies and any perticular med history. Please suggest a way out to curb this acidity. Suggest a routine dos añd donts to avoid medication for the same. I have been taking omez D for this now.

Small, frequent, bland diet, is good for you.
Take fruits as mid meal snack.
Avoid hot drinks , aerated drinks and alcohol.
Drink plenty of water.
Tablet pantoprazole empty stomach.
