Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux With Sharp Pain In Abdomen
Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hi Doctor, I been suffering from acid reflux for a while now. When I lay down it feels like my chest is heavy and having trouble breathing and sometimes my heart beeps fast. I have been to the ER and they prescribed me pantoprazole for acid reflux. Up under my stomach I been having sharp pain. My bowel movement been having white slimy stringy stuff in it kinda often. Doctor can you please tell me what's wrong with me and what I should do for it?

Hello,
You may be suffering from chronic gastritis with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking. Use tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week. Use tablet Librax twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
