Suggest Treatment For Accidental Swallowing Of Large Piece Of Food

I swallowed a large piece of meat 9 days ago. When I finally got it to go down, it hurt really bad and felt stuck. Yesterday, I felt a sharp pain in top of my stomach and can feel something large slowly moving through my intestines. Am I at risk of tearing? What can I take to help dissolve the food item and get it to pass? Thank you.
