Suggest Treatment For Accidental Insertion Of Needle In Heel

Yesterday afternoon, I stepped on a sewing pin, that went into the bottom of my foot at the heel. The pin went in about 1/2 - 3/4 of an inch. I have soaked it in hot salt water 2x. It is a little sore to walk on. What should I watch for to know if I need medical care?

Ihope the needle has come out. now the treatment is tobe started for injury. take inj tetanus toxoid and proper dressing after applying beta dine lotion. if pain persist then analgesic like hifenac p can be taken. take 5days rest and avoid walking.
