Suggest Treatment For Abscess In Teeth Causing Pain And Swelling On Face

I m suffering from abscess in teeth resulting in acute pain and swelling on the face ,dentist advised Ofloxacin ornidazole tablet & serratiopeptidase ,aceclofenac& paracetamol tablet .....having these medicines but no improvement in my condition kindly advise vishwas

Well come to HCM
If this is abscess formation then best drug would be "Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for 5 to 7 days this is the best drug in abscess, some time abscess need to be drained else any antibiotic will not be helpful, rest of the drug are okay, hope this information helps, take care.
