I drank heavily last night. woke up with a pounding heartbeat. its been all day and I can feel my heart beat and iam shaking .the feeling of heart beating comes and goes, but I mainly feel it. the day before I drank my chest felt full and wierd. now iam freaked out and feel like I can have a heart attack anytime.
