Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

I went to the ER yesterday due to abdominal pain. Had tests run and nothing was glaringly obvious to be wrong. My liver enzymes were elevated. AST was 212 and ALT was 142. CT scan showed no problems. What could be going on? I do feel better now. Also, I had my gallbladder removed laparoscopically in Feb.

Some other tests can also be done
