Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain

i have really bad abdomal pain in both right and left side and upper sife of my stomach my back and sholders hurt and a really bad headache that wont ago.. i also feel dizzy and and it makes me want to passout. it hurts when i breath, i need to know what to do.

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Bad abdominal pain in right and left side, upper side of abdomen, back and shoulder, dizziness wanting to pass-out, hurts on breathing, wants to know what to do...
All these symptoms in the same person can be indicative of the following:
The pain in abdomen on both sides and upper part of stomach can be due to IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome,
The pain in the back and shoulder can be due to fibromyalgia, costochondritis and so on.
All these lead to dizziness.
All these symptoms together can be due to anxiety and stress. Get a proper evaluation and examination along with investigations so that a proper diagnosis and management can be done.
