Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain , Heartburn And Constipation

Hi my husband has been having upper abdominal pain, heartburn, bouts of constipation and diarrhea, deep gurgling and burning in the stomach, experiences fatigue during activity and he is diabetic. We are both concerned about what is causing these symptoms, can you please give me your advice.

Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
IBS-with abdominal pain with hearburn and constipation and diarrhea.Being diabetic,you need to control diabetic with IBS.
IBS is more recurrent with diabetic.these complaints need to be controlled with following treatment-
Tab Ciplox Oz -1 tab x 2 times per day x 5 days time.
Tab Panto D- 1 tab x 2times per day x 5 days time.
High fiber diet with solution to constipation by Spinach soup x 2 times a day x 5 days time would recover your weakness in short period.
This is my advise in the given situation.
Take care and wish you to recover fast and Live healthy.
