Dear-thanks for using our service. You have been with diarrhea and abdominal cramps. It could be secondary a colitis ,irritable bowel syndrome, gluten enteropathy or lactose intolerance. You need to review what you have been eating and drinking recently. It shouldn't be food poisoning because it has been more that 5 days.It is advisable to get samples of your stool for regular bacteria and parasite culture . Hold any dairy products, eat a bland and healthy diet, drink plenty of fluids and if no improvement in 48 hrs, go to your doctor for more evaluation.
I hope that my advise has been helpful
