General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

Considering your symptoms following a trauma, I would refer you to a general surgeon who might after a general physical examination specially of the abdomen go for an ultrasound/CT scan of the abdomen to rule out trauma to the internal organs of the abdomen. It might not be possible to opine on your problem without a thorough physical examination.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
