Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Less Bleeding After Taking Misoprostol Indicate?

I took 5 misoprostol 3 vaginally and 2 under the tongue after 3 days i took 3 adco-metronidazole at the same time. After i took the misoprostol pills i only bleed for 2 days and the blood stopped. I m worried because I m having some abdominal pains as well as back pain, itch breasts and abnormal discharge. Could i be still pregnant

I understand your concern
Generally misoprostol cause start bleeding after the 3 minutes of taking pill and will disappear in the 3-4 days depending upon the age of pregnancy.
Abdominal pain, back pain, abnormal discharge could be a side effect of the pill, vaginal infection.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo pelvic examination.
If no sufficient bleeding and retain product found under the USG scan then It should terminate by extra dose of misoprostol or D & C.
Vaginal infection diagnose by the vaginal swab test and treatment is antibiotic.
USG should done at 14th day to confirm the complete process of abortion
