Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Incomplete Bowel Movement

i am 44year old lady,i have generalized abdominal pain since 3months and i feel that stool is not passed fully.some content still there ,i feel that my digestion power is loosing..i have no constipation,but bulk of stool not satisfied me in compare of my eat,in past hysterectomy done 1yr ago. i have also headache if in morning i not pass stool satisfy and i have pain in all joint too......so give me suggetion to remove this problem.
