Hello, I am a 20 year old male with no relevant medical history. Last night I couldn t sleep due to intense and constant pains in my abdomen (that felt like sever hunger), accompanied with bloating. It feels like I m starving but also that my abdomen is filled with gas that I need to let out. It has been fairly constant all day today aswell, and is particularly bad now. I can t stand it anymore. I have tried activated charcoal and calcium carbonate (which makes me think it may not be an ucler) with no luck. (This happened once a month or so ago where I was woken by the same pain and I could not sleep, but I woke up and have been fine up until now). Any ideas would be so very helpful, thank you.
