Hi,

If your periods are not delayed and you had a pregnancy test and was negative then it is very unlikely you are pregnant.
Abdominal cramps can be caused from several conditions from bowel to gynecological or urinary issues.

I would recommend you to have some buscopan and ibuprofen for the pain and also make sure you get some fiber supplements to help with the bowel, if you feel constipated you can also get some lactulose syryp 1-2 tablespoon a day for a few days.

If you notice no improvement or you notice any worsening you will need to see your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
