General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It's usual for periods to change in intensity, and duration due to various factors including infection, hormonal changes, or stress.

We usually advise observing your periods for the following 3 months. If still unusual changes present then you should consult with your gynecologist for further evaluations.

If you fear pregnancy, wait for the next coming periods on next month, if delayed, run pregnancy test on the 10th day.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
