Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain While Having Constipation
Hello, I ve been experiencing awful pain in my lower abdomen (inches below my belly button) , as well as severe back pain. I m also a little constipated. Is this something that I should go have physically checked? I have looked up my symptoms and nothing really matches up.

try omeprazole 20 mg empty stomach for 15 days. i think it will help. it seems just gas and constipation problem. increase fibres in diet avoid spicy food and drink more water
