Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Mass In The Scrotum

I have 2 large masses. One is in my scrotum on the left side and the other is near my anus. I had one about a month ago on my leg on the left side near my scrotum but was not inside it. That went away after popping g or what I thought of popping....it bled and was very tender and had puss and cream colored with a tint of yellow coming out of it. It eventually went away leaving behind a light purple mark and a tiny sunflower seed like mass where the larger mass once resided. Now the other two have formed at the same time in two completely different spots. It s very swollen and tender and the one in my scrotum has kinda popped....like the surface of the mass has skin peeled away from it and if I squeeze it looks like blood or puss will come squirting out but it s very painful especially in that region. The one on my anus is leathery feeling and seems to be a lot more tougher than its cousin in my scroum. I don t have health insurance so I ha e no clue what to do at this point.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having a pus filled mass at the left thigh which got popped and has blood and pus which eventually settled.
Now you have similar masses on the scrotum and near the anus with the characteristics of the previous one; hence they are abscesses unless proved otherwise.
I would advise you the following:
At least get started on proper antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines with painkiller properties. Consult a Doctor in the facility when you do not have insurance.
Also get all the blood tests done as this may be due to diabetes and WBC count might have raise a lot.
These too may get popped or may need lancing.

I find this answer helpful
