Suggest Treatment For A Scar On The Forehead

I had a forehead scar since when I was 3 years old when i was hit by an iron gate.i got a treatment of scar in lnjp hospital in delhi at the age of 20 . Before treatment it was little big but after treatment it contracts but same in size It becomes straight and thin now but at the upper and lower end there are knotes which are not disappearing Firstly I used hydrate cream and hexilak gel then I used contractubex on the scar These creams made the scar thin I had also made surgery for two times Please suggest me what should I do to disappear it

Hello,

Protect your scar from direct exposure to sunlight, apply SPF. Keep it covered & moisturized. Antioxidants & vitamin C are effective & prevent further skin damage or darkening. Alpha Hydroxy Acids helps to renew skin. Get connected to a dermatologist. Get physically examined 7 treated.

Scars can be treated by ablasive & non-ablasive laser treatment depending upon the severity of the scar detected. Radiofrequency micro needling is also effective. Injections like cortisone & 5 Fluro uracil is used for treating raised scars.
