Hi doctor I m 30 yrs old 6ft tall and weight about 86k. I use to do body building heavy weights but due to an injury in elbow i have been stop working out. After getting an ultrasound done on my elbow and forearm, there is a small mocroscopic rupture in tendon joint to my elbow. Dr said it tennis elbow. Its been year i m not doing any workout. But even lifting normal stuff i get pain the following day and i cant do any wrist movements. Is there any tablets to heal this kind of tendon injury? At the moment i m just on glucosamine(700mg) in conjuction with condritin (400mg) from bio organics.
