General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The mentioned history points towards herpes. But herpes lesion is painful, so mention the history regarding pain if present.

The Elisa testing for herpes can be done if needed.

If the test came negative than antibiotic cream can be applied over that considering bacterial infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
