General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve.

I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.

If it doesn't work, you can use prescription painkillers such as Pregabalin.

I also recommend to avoid movements that can trigger the symptoms.

You should consult a neurosurgeon in case that the surgery is needed.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
